The Furthering Fathering Corporation is a non for profit designated 501c3 organization designed to minister the elevating, promoting, enhancing and furthering of fathering by establishing love, acceptance, identity, approval, encouragement, truth, growth, wisdom and awareness as normalcy and the foundation and framework for the father-child relationship. Furthering Fathering is a safe place for fathers/men to become better prepared, responsive and responsible parents and men; thus, our ultimate purpose is to improve the state of each family we serve.
Every leadership and servant position that man holds, whether he has children or not, if done well, is ultimately a multigenerational fatherhood position! Why? The FATHER is the ultimate leader and every man is made in HIS image and likeness. The strength and legacy of ministry is in the heart of the men being trained to train and mentored to mentor. The fatherly heart in the man must not just be touched; but, it must be cared for, led, empowered, mentored, and discipled.
We encourage, honor, train and hold fathers accountable in a safe environment by helping them creatively and actively serve, train, reconcile and create lasting memories for their children. As a fatherhood agency, we help fathers along the journey of fatherhood with best practices, fatherhood resources, fatherhood curriculum and information to help navigate healthy choices via our fatherhood blog, fatherhood radio show and fatherhood podcast.
MISSION: The Furthering Fathering mission is to empower fathers, strengthen families and transform communities by equipping men to live intentionally on being involved in the lives of their children.
VISION: The Furthering Fathering vision is to awaken, enhance and transform the heart of men to live intentionally and to have generational impact via Honor, Encouragement, Accountability, Reconciliation and Training.

Meet The Visionaries
Meeting while members of the International Christian Brotherhood, Founded by Pastor AR Bernard of Christian Cultural Center and Directed by Dr. Onorio Chaparo aka Brother Minister; Pastor Jeremy A. Maynard and Lamont Jones was assigned to the same small group and later becoming small group leaders, they became prayer partners and you can say the rest is history. As they began to pray for one another and the journey they both were on, sharing insight, pain, struggle, goals and life in general they agreed that others would be blessed by their conversations and resolve of juggling life, family, careers and especially being fathers.
Meet The Team
Leadership here at Furthering Fathering is and has always been part of the plan, that is why one of our mottos are, "we grow at the speed of quality relationships" which starts within our house. We are comfortable calling each other here at Furthering Fathering "family". Our principles and ethics from our leadership help guide and support the mission and vision, focused on the spiritual growth of its members, but also on the physical and emotional wellbeing of its community. These leaders operate in passion, quality and compassion, while also taking on a role of authority and responsibility. They are pillars in their community, and patriarchs in their family and undergirds the vision and mission.
