Sydney Smith Jr. Servant Award

In honor of our beloved brother and Furthering Fathering's original core to the brotherhood, missed but never forgotten is our one and only Sydney Smith Jr. who we called, "Quiet Storm".

 

Sydney was an amazing brother to our cause, involved and proud father to his daughter and full of wisdom. He always saw the best in others and had no problem dedicated his time to bring it out. He served with passion and compassion and to that we coined, our leadership award in memory, respect and love for his committment to his brothers at Furthering Fathering and for the clients that we served. His legacy lives on forever in our hearts and through acknowledging like-minded leaders yearly.
