Furthering Fathering’s Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is a leadership and feedback body made up of parents, caregivers, and family representatives who help shape the organization’s programs, outreach strategies, and family engagement efforts. The PAC serves as a bridge between community voice and organizational action by bringing lived experience into planning, strengthening accountability, and ensuring that services remain responsive, culturally relevant, and family-centered. Members participate in structured meetings, provide recommendations, support outreach, and help carry information and resources back into the community.
